Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Radiant Interactive Labs Limited ("Radiant", "we", "us") handles information when you use our games and services, including Ludo Rush. We keep what we collect to the minimum a game needs to work, and we do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
- Account & device identifiers. When you play as a guest, we create a random device ID so your progress stays on your device. If you choose to sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive a basic profile identifier and display name from that provider — we do not receive your password.
- Gameplay data. Your matches, results, in-game coins and gems, rankings, missions and settings, so the game can save your progress and run fair, server-verified matches.
- Technical data. Basic information needed to deliver the game — for example connection data, device model, operating system version, and error logs used to keep the service running and diagnose problems.
How we use it
- To run matches, save your progress, and keep dice rolls and results fair and server-verified.
- To operate leaderboards, missions, rewards and other game features.
- To keep the game secure, prevent cheating and abuse, and fix problems.
- To communicate with you about the game when you ask us to.
How your data is stored
Game data is stored securely on our own game servers, hosted with a trusted cloud infrastructure provider and protected in transit by encryption (TLS). We keep it for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete it at any time — see Your choices & account deletion below.
Sharing & third-party services
We do not sell your personal information. To run Ludo Rush we rely on a small number of trusted service providers, which process data only as needed to deliver the game and under their own privacy policies:
- Google — Google Sign-In, if you choose to sign in with your Google account.
- Meta (Facebook) — Facebook Login, if you choose to sign in with your Facebook account.
- Cloud hosting. A trusted cloud infrastructure provider hosts our game servers and stores game data on our behalf.
We may also share data where the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our players and our service.
Children
Our games are not directed to children under the age required by your local law, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
Your choices & account deletion
- Guest play. Play as a guest to share the least amount of information.
- Account deletion. You can ask us to permanently delete your account and all associated gameplay data — including progress, coins and records — by emailing contact@radiantinteractivelabs.com. We action deletion requests promptly.
- Data requests. Request a copy of the data we hold about you at the same address.
- Device permissions. Manage app permissions and notifications from your device settings at any time.
Changes
We may update this policy as the game grows. We will change the date at the top when we do, and material changes will be highlighted in the game or on this site.
